The electric-pneumatic valve positioner is an automated control device used for precisely adjusting the opening degree of industrial valves (such as ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, etc.). It receives an electrical signal (such as 4-20mA) from the control system, converts this electrical signal into a pneumatic signal, and drives the pneumatic actuator, thereby controlling the position of the valve. ◆1000 series Electric-pneumatic Valve Positioner is used with the pneumatic control valve to form a closed loop control loop. The DC current signal given by the control system is converted into a gas signal that drives the regulating valve to control the action of the regulating valve. At the same time,feedback is made according to the opening degree of the regulating valve, so that the valve position can be correctly positioned according to the control signal outputted by the system. The electric positioner can be used for single- acting (spring-return type) and double-acting pneumatic actuators.

◆Installation of Electric-pneumatic valve positioners: This series is adjustment type and is designed for double-acting or single-acting actuators with input and output 4-20 mA feedback signals.The pneumatic actuator is equipped with an electric-pneumatic valve positioner and bracket,linking the feedback lever through the pinion NAMUR slot,which is fastened by 4 bolts. The air source pipeline can be connected to realize the adjustment control.
